    <div><strong>徳増浩司(とくます・こうじ)</strong></div>\r\n
    <div>1952年、和歌山県生まれ。東京都立秋川高校から国際基督教大学を経て西日本新聞社に入社。記者として勤めたあと、ウエールズのカーディフ教育大にてコーチングを2年間学び、ウエールズ協会公認コーチ資格を取得した。帰国後の1980年に英語教師として茗溪学園中学校高等学校(茨城)に着任、同中学校ラグビー部を8年間指導したあと、同高校ラグビー部の監督に就任した。1988年度第68回全国高等学校ラグビーフットボール大会で優勝。従来の取り組みにとらわれないオリジナリティーに満ちた戦いぶりは、高校ラグビー史に鮮烈なインパクトを残した。選手の個性を生かしたその独創的なコーチングスタイルは、多くの指導者に今も影響を与え続けている。指導者としての情熱は現在も失われず、2018年に一般社団法人・渋谷インターナショナルラグビークラブを設立。英語を用いることで、日本と海外の子どもたちが、国籍に関係なく、一緒にラグビーを学べるという、ユニークな試みを展開する。</div>\r\n
